Richard, the heart and soul behind the grill, brings decades of barbecue expertise to every dish. Growing up in Jackson, AL, he inherited the art of slow-cooking meats from his grandparents, Charlie Caves and Arile Lee Taylor which makes our barbecue so unforgettable. He has a passion for cooking which is matched only by his dedication to create warm dishes for all.
Our mission
Shane’, is the face of the mission to foster inclusivity and support for the disabled community. As a parent and advocate, she’s deeply committed to creating a space where everyone feels welcome. She brings her passion for education and partnerships to Madealie’s, working tirelessly to bridge the gap and build a community that celebrates diversity and abilities.
Our mission is simple: to offer the best barbecue and catering services while fostering inclusivity and creating a welcoming environment for everyone.
